Transit Access will provide whatever level of service you require. This typically falls
into three types of programs:
| Basic Service-Monitoring Program |
We will work with your staff to
establish the Transit Access service-monitoring program for your transit system, train
your staff to run the program, and provide you with performance reports. This level of
service is ideal for transit properties with active ADA compliance programs, and adequate
staffing to absorb customer outreach and management/employee follow-up responsibilities. |
| Service-Monitoring & Program
Support |
In addition to the basic
service-monitoring program, Transit Access will be available for staff consultation for a
predetermined number of pre-paid hours per month, and additional time at a moderate hourly
rate. This level of service is recommended for transit properties with active ADA
compliance programs, but which will require additional consumer outreach and other
support. |

We’ll do it all
for you! By using Transit Access staff to manage your program, you can avoid
over-extending already limited staff resources, or the complications of adding staff and
associated overhead. It costs a bit more, but many organizations have adopted the
